The way to get things done well is to have the best people on the job. Arlene is a talented interior designer with outstanding credentials. To her credit, even though this was not a large scale project, she got it going without delay and stayed on it through a speedy completion. She made paint selections, carpet selection and selected rental furniture. She arranged for all the work and deliveries and was on site for each stage of the process since we do not live locally. She went over and above what we expected, even making a trip to a plumbing supply to get parts for a repair, purchasing reasonably priced accessories and passing on her designer discounts to us, and finally having the place cleaned and polished . Her team of service providers are top notch. She was in contact with us consistently via email, phone and text, to send pictures of her selections and to keep us informed of the work progress. The happy result is that the property went under contract less than a month after Arlene finished decorating.
