I am writing this review in support of the services provided to me by Arlene Bobb for my move into an independent living facility. I was overwhelmed knowing I had to find the right facility for me and then decide to sell my apartment of over 30 years. Arlene was kind, considerate and compassionate in dealing with all the specifics and the design decisions as well.
We had the new apartment gutted, and then she redesigned everything by changing the details of the space to suit all my personal needs and style. She redesigned the apartment and added new lighting and dimmer switches. She designed a new kitchen and bathroom using trending and safe materials. Using a computer software, she drew my furniture, accessories, and artwork so I could approve of the location of my belongings in each room before moving.
She managed to make what could have been a very stressful time into a pleasant experience! I could say without any reservation at all, Arlene is a very professional, knowledgeable and talented interior designer. I am very grateful for all she has created just for me in my beautiful home.

We knew that staging our condo for resale would make it more appealing to potential buyers. We were so fortunate to have Arlene Bobb referred to us by our realtor. The way to get things done well is to have the best people on the job. Arlene is a talented interior designer with outstanding credentials. To her credit, even though this was not a large scale project, she got it going without delay and stayed on it through a speedy completion. She made paint selections, carpet selection and selected rental furniture. She arranged for all the work and deliveries and was on site for each stage of the process since we do not live locally. She went over and above what we expected, even making a trip to a plumbing supply to get parts for a repair, purchasing reasonably priced accessories and passing on her designer discounts to us, and finally having the place cleaned and polished . Her team of service providers are top notch. She was in contact with us consistently via email, phone and text, to send pictures of her selections and to keep us informed of the work progress. The happy result is that the property went under contract less than a month after Arlene finished decorating.
We could not be more pleased and recommend her without reservation.
