The COVID-19 pandemic has forever changed the way humans work, play and connect. However, many would argue that its most lasting impact is found at home in today’s design trends. Americans are looking for a more rustic and comforting environment in their homes. Needs and wants are changing, and home design is shifting to accommodate them.
High Point Market color stories were diverse, but a few colors, texture and shapes caught my eye. As usual, there were more showrooms to visit than time available. I walked many showrooms over 4 days, and have a few themes to share with you showcasing more low-key color palettes than pre-pandemic.
